Processing & Production Time All Miles & Mercy Co. products are made to order. Orders are typically produced within 2–5 business days before shipment. During peak seasons or high-demand periods, production may take slightly longer.

Shipping Times Once your order ships, estimated delivery times are:

United States: 3–7 business days

Canada & UK 7- 14 business days 

Europe Australia & NZ Japan 10-20 business days 

Rest of the world 10-20 days 

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays due to carrier issues, customs, or weather are outside our control.


Shipping Carriers We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL, depending on your location and order size.


Tracking You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking info to update.


International Shipping We ship to select international destinations. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by their country.


Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at Hello@milesandmercy.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We'll work with Printful to resolve the issue promptly.


Order Changes & Cancellations Because orders go into production quickly, changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, we cannot guarantee modifications
