Refund policy

 We have a 30 day policy for damaged or defective items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to report an issue.


Because all Miles & Mercy Co. products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing, color preference, or change of mind. Please review sizing charts carefully before ordering.

 

To report a damaged or defective item, contact us at Hello@milesandmercy.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work with our production partner to make it right.

 "Exception / non-returnable items" We do not accept returns on made-to-order products, sale items, or gift cards.


Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If your item is defective, we will replace it at no cost.


Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong items 

European Union "14 day cooling off period": If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Your item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.


Refunds: If a refund is approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at Hello@milesandmercy.com.
